The study was carried out at the Mountain Development Center, located in Limonar de Monte Ruz, El Salvador municipality, Guantanamo province, from October 2013 to November 2014, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the beneficent inoculant microorganism Micro-ben in the germination and quality of Caesalpinia violacea (Mill.) Satandl seedlings. A randomized block design with four treatments and three replicates was used. Statistical processing of the data was developed using simple classification analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the averages were compared using Tukey's multiple range test for p <0.05%. The analysis of the data was made through the Statgraphic statistical package Plus version 5.1. The results showed that the highest values obtained on the germination of the Caesalpinia violacea (Mill.) Satandl seeds under controlled conditions were obtained with the application of Micro-ben to 5%.
