Checking to the environmental impact of Trade Services in Guantánamo protected areas.

Abstract

The economical management loads an important quote in the environmental crisis at a world level; however, the actions adopted to mitigate it are minimum. InCuba, although legislated, the responsible interaction of all social sectors is required to find the solutions. In Trade entities, particularly due to the service lending, it is necessary a bigger knowledge and awaraness of the consequences of the food conservation, elaboration and commercialization, as well as the managers´ control and the impact measurement of their environment in the searching of the process ecoefficiency. This work proposes a testing program to be applied on a Checking of Aptitude, to contribute avoiding the negative results that Service Trade entities could generate. For the elaboration of this article there were applied theoretical and empiric methods such as the historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, documental review, the observation, interviews and inquiries.
