Strategy of science and technology in Cupeyal del Norte Conservation Department.

Abstract

The integrated strategy of science and technological innovation will be a tool to strengthen the capacities of the System of CTI in Cupeyal del Norte conservation department. The elaboration of this strategy was carried out for 2017 - 2021 period and developed along the last semester of 2016; its objective is to increase the impacts on the economical, social and environmental spheres. To achieve this, there were applied the Mic-Mac technique, the prospective analysis and the DAFO matrix, which have permitted to determine that it becomes sustainable because it generates C+I+i demands in the productive sphere of goods and services and in Cupeyal del Norte communities. Besides, it allows to train the fundamental actors, it changes the pole that starts the investigation in a wide sense, the technological scientific services and it makes the system relevant and balanced.
