Abstract

At the producer Eugenio Beltran Perez's farmstead of the Credit and Services Cooperative “Mariana Grajales†of the municipality El Salvador, in the period January 2014 to July 2016, techniques of poly-cultivation and technocracy nurseries were implemented to upgrade food security and to preserve biodiversity in an Agro-ecological Sustainable Fruit Farm. Good management was carried out so that farmers could avoid plagues, increasing the payment per results, upgrading the workers and their families' life. Technocracy nurseries were established, where positive results and experiences were obtained about the ways of production in an efficient way. Better results in the production of guava and papaya were achieved using the intercalation techniques in 2ha of the farm. A machine for processing fruit and a mini industry supply fruit pulp to the community. The livestock productions complemented the agricultural products as well, in order to attain success.
