To carry out the mathematical analysis it was used the statistical package of InfoStat version 2008. There was an analysis of variance of simple classification. Where there was a significant difference and it was made Tukey's proof of multiple ranges. The race Yorkshire showed better results in relation to the York – Lan because there were dismissed less sow for the examined causes becoming evident the superiority referent to this aspect.
