Abstract

The work was developed in the UEB Guantanamo, part of the Transportation Company and the Mechanization Service, of AZCUBA Sugar Group, where a procedure was applied to analyze the efficiency of the transportation of sugar cane (Saccharum Officinarum) in this entity. Based on the application of various investigative methods and technique shave been established for each activity time comprised within the total operation grimier day, from the results obtained were evaluate the UEB Guantanamo efficiency. It also proposed a set of actions to mitigate the subjective problems that in one way or another affects the efficiency, which will complement the new development strategy in the transportation of sugar cane in line with the country's needs.
