Abstract

Natural disasters wreak havoc in cities and in the countryside, in the latter with greater economic impact, taking into account that food security is in that area, besides the type of building more prone to attacks of winds housing. Therefore this research is conducted with the aim of reducing disaster risk in children, programs with voices of professional actors and amateurs were recorded on digital media through software - Editor Adobe Audition, microphones and mixer was used to Jamaja OIV digital audio, performed in a PENTIUM IV PC. They were transmitted serially on a daily basis through radio waves the Guantanamo provincial station CMKS, First Anti-imperialist Trench by 1070 kHz AM band and FM band 95.5 MHz.
