Abstract

Canavalia ensiformis previously inoculated with stubbles of Glomus hoi like and Glomus intrarradice were planted after 60 days of treatment, using modified seeds. A random planting pattern was used with four treated. Packs of seeds and the plants obtained were taken to a farm and planted in a pattern of 3 every 2 meters. After 30 days the genetically modified Canavalia was planted leaving a space of 14 cm between furrows and 15 cm between plants. The inoculation of the green manure with HMA's stumps before the planting of the coffee tree in a position to nursery incremented the area to foliate of the postures. Existed one fortress relation among the colonization percentage and the area foliating. After 50 days the percentage of colonization and the productive area of those coffee trees increased.
