Abstract

The present work's objective is to define them busy areas for marabou taking as study case Jimaguayu's municipality. The teledetection technique was used as analysis tool itself for it. The application of the compound color techniques and supervised classification permitted the obtaining of the coverage map. As a result of the study, Jimaguayu obtained the coverage map of marabou of the entire municipality himself. The previous knowledge of the location of this species in the territory, it will be able to define handling strategies of these species, aiming to increment of the studied territory's agrarian production.
