Rural Cadastral Upgrade to a Cooperative of Agricultural Production.

Abstract

The insufficient upgrade of the use and holding of the floor in the Cooperative of Agricultural Production (CPA) “17 of May†of South San Antonio, it affects the taking of agricultural decisions, for what a Cadastral Specialized Registration was designed, starting from the application of the geoscience; conceived as a system of methods, procedures and technical of investigation that allows the inventory, analysis, diagnostic and the proposal of classification of the floor and their productive bases. The current state of the productive system was characterized identifying the main deficiencies to assume the tools of upgrade of the cadastre by means of a diagnosis. The rural agricultural patrimony was upgraded through the Cadastral Specialized Registration which influenced positively in the taking of decisions. The validation of the results demonstrated the relevancy of the tool starting from high productive levels. The work was developed among October 2010 and May 2012.
