The basic intensive monitoring in monitoring patients with stroke.

Continuous monitoring of patients admitted to intensive care units requires significant technological support. Invasive monitoring has been in the care of these patients in order to ensure their continued support. In this work it was decided to establish a basic protocol noninvasive monitoring to obtain the necessary parameters for monitoring such patients. To do the clinical records of 51 patients hospitalized in EL Stroke Service General Teaching Hospital Guantanamo, to which they were measured by noninvasive methods and bioparámetros chosen were selected. With minimal resources objectives without the risks that would involve invasive techniques that fewer and fewer field are in critical care medicine and thus monitoring was performed without complications risk their lives occur were reached.
