Abstract

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the viability of the use of norms of standard work, for planning of the cost of production of forest postures, as well as to achieve that the same one is used as instrument in the taking of decisions, demonstrating the importance of the bond between the technician-productive aspects and the economic ones in the projection of the handling sustainable forestry. The results of the determination and application of norms of work standard are presented developed starting from the captured data of the work reports and of the technological letters and records of costs for the production of forest postures in handbags; that which constitutes a tool for the reduction of the production costs.
