Abstract

The Cultural Heritage as a true reservoir of local culture and humanity and its integration with other in the world, despite the submission by neoliberal globalization and consumerism desculturizador purposes, is the reason therefore seeks to: address how Cultural Heritage links with the socio-scientific-technological and community integration in conserving and protecting it against desculturation, caused by neoliberal globalization. The paper also addresses the reiteration of the title role of social institutions and cultural organization aimed at achieving this important sociocultural process. The practical significance of the argument rests on the protection and conservation of cultural heritage, which is a must as part of state policy and culture. Presents a sociological approach of singular importance in the ethical, theoretical and empirical.
