Abstract

Patient of the 42 years old that was admitted to the hospital with a diagnose of final stage of Hepatic Cirrhosis, in the autopsy’s diagnostics they detect citoadenocarcinoma serous of the right ovarian with solitary spleen metastasis. The spleen metastasis is rare and only detect in the postmortem, there are no clinical report cases, for which it has not been in our motivated science interest.
