Abstract

In execution of the constitutional command and I accept to the National Project "Simón Bolívar" around the security and the population's alimentary sovereignty, it is unavoidable that the Territorial Polytechnic Universities approach the agricultural activity in a region with the potential agroproductivity of Barlovento, State Bolivariano of Miranda. In this context he thought about like as objective to carry out a partner-productive diagnosis of the parcels"Tiger-arenal". Of the diagnosis in the community Tiger-arenal handling necessities were detected in technical agroecological that allowed to design and to develop training actions to the producers, in it offers of generating a new form of developing the agriculture.
