Abstract

The Basic Unit of Cattle Production "Eliomar Noa" located in the neighborhood the cherry trees of Cajobabo, municipality Imías, their social object is the production and commercialization of milk, meat and other agricultural productions, the total area is of 1782 hectares with 34 cooperative.  Through the learning make-making and the administration tool with the methods of the process of Strategic Planning Participal with gender focus and the diagnostic participal agroforestry allowed them "focally" its future, to organize plans and to negotiate financing to achieve its visionarily. With the practical implementation of the good ones 16 was created Centers of costs for routine of the Urban and Suburban Agriculture for the diversification of the productions, improving working and way of life of the cooperative and families; achieving the characterization and diagnostic, what allowed to identify the main internal factors, achieving possible solutions of alternatives for the sustainable economic development.
