Abstract

The issue of organizational culture becomes important for linking organizational climate in the culture of every organization and groups to corporate governance and the influence of cultural management in raising the efficiency and effectiveness of organizations. The issue is to design an action plan to improve organizational culture and climate in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, which is an unpublished research by the Higher Education Center at the University of Guantanamo. Implementation will take into account the actions of teachers and no teaching employees, taking into consideration the flow of internal culture and external information needs at different levels of the organization and cultural development of all its members.
