Abstract

From the theoretical, methodological and practical, the theme of man, human activity and the world turns into central aspect for understanding human evolution, including, of course, the subject matter the environment, the natural environment where it arises and life form. The article presents imply in the male world today, the importance for the XXI century man the need to develop policies aimed at the protection of the natural and social environment where they live. The threat of losing the planet earth, the habitat of man, each day becomes more palpable and expands the gap between what was involved for over 20 years at the top of Rio de Janeiro, in the sense that today more you should never act for the common home care, for tomorrow will be too late.
