Abstract

To evaluate the effect of the application of different organic alternatives in the cultivation of the melange and your effect in some indicators of the growth and performance. The experiment was carried out in conditions of production, during the period of march/08 to january/09 with a frame of plantation of 0.90 x 0.40 m. It is used as material of seed sowing the |cormo|. The results of the investigation reported that with the combination of the organic alternatives, bovine dung, sloth and humus liquidate of worm  achieved the better results for the indicators of the performance ( number of tubercles for plant, weigh sharp blow of the tubercles, weigh coolness of the tubercles and the commercial performance ), in which it is increased significantly the production, such attainments make evident the kindnesses of the organic agriculture as alternative for the increase of the production of the melange, with favourable socio-economic and environmental impact.
