Abstract

Inside all organization two vital processes exist, how to take the right decisions and how to solve conflicts, because a well management of these two processeswill assure the success of any organizational project that wanted to be truly competitive and winner. This paper is a methodological offer easy to be applied and really functional to any organization because of its simplicity, well structuring and accessibility. It also will provide necessary requirements to any process like compromise, cooperation and planning. All of this must be supported by a winning mentality which does guarantee the most unquestionable success and competitive spirit.
