Abstract

The following work describes the main aspects for the realization of administration studies for processes for the consultants of. the Center of Information and Technological Administration Guantánamo in the entities of the managerial sector that are implementing Systems of Administration of the Quality ISO 9000.It is described like it is guided the client in the identification, documentation, modeling, I design of the processes and the methods to carry out the mensuration, analysis and monitoreo of these. This service has been carried out in a successful way in the Companies Procesadora of Brown ALTOSERRA, Graphic Juan Marinello, Forest Imías, among other propitiating the implementation of the systems of the quality of the same ones and with it its certification.This work was presented in the XVI Forum of Science and Technique where it reached the category of Outstanding in the Events to Level of Municipality and County, as well as in the National Event INFOGEST 2007.
