Abstract

By means of a simple theoretical development the author establishes in this article the existence of proportionality relations among determined geo electrical properties of the aquifers, like transversal resistance and the longitudinal conductance and some of its collecting properties. The establishment of these relations assures a step forward in the   establishment of geophysical electrical methods of surfaces as good estimators of the collecting properties of aquifers. This is one of the ways that a high level of information, reliability and reduction of research costs is assured, as in the case of the present article, in which the procedure was applied to a real case in the carbonated rocks of the Neogene, northwest of Holguin city, in order to warrantee new sources for the Beer Factory Bucanero.
