Abstract

The dificulties are showing acording to the author’s ideas related to the use of the communication and information of tecnology in some organization. The consecuences of these dificulties afect the institutions in their management activities . Finaly a programm of study for improving the culture of tecnecheans, principals and management activities is suggested.
