Neurorretinitis. A case report.
Abstract
Patient of 17 years, masculine sex, white race, urban procedence with decrease of (AV ) unilateral, painless visual acuity, of two weeks of evolution, whose exam the funduscópico was showing an edema of the optic nerve of the straight eye ( OD ) with hemorrhages in retina and optic nerve, as well as exuded rustic farms around the stain in smashed form. Systemic study was normal except the hemograma 17.000/mm3 leucocytes with 82 % of neutrófilos ) and the positive serology to Bartonella henselae.Downloads
