The examples  of  local,  regional  and hemispheric  crisis,  that  repeat  to  him frequently  so  demonstrate  it.    This supposes the need to profile a strategy of development  with  an  economic  solid structure  that  permits  |dinamizar|  the participation,  in  this  prosecute,  of  thoses sectors  of  the  society  that  manifest smaller  levels  of  relative  development, searching for parallel the narrowing of the existent  inequalities,  to  legitimate  the continuity  of  the  process  and  permit  the dinamización| of the same thing.
