Abstract

Results of the Project are up for the development of the human capital. The environmental conservation requires the protection and the care of the good environmental condition, so that his survival for the coming generations be guaranteed have a positive impact in the middle native theme which of whom accomplished itself a study about got primary data on the status from the social innovation and the relation with the environmental conservation, as well as the aforementioned professionals' role in his concretion itself. To depart of referent and theoretic topical foundations, the scientific problem was identified in how do we contribute the impact of the culture of the social innovation of the nursing professionals in the environmental conservation? Like solution, a policy of educational actions suggested methodological for the footprint of the social innovation in the environmental conservation in Guantánamo itself.
